Bad service don’t buy anything from them

Anyone thinking of ordering online from #Makro should think twice. They sent me incomplete parts and couldn’t assemble the item. I logged a return dispute of which they collected the items but it’s been a month but still haven’t received my refund The service i have received from @Makro has been disgusting…I don’t recommend using their online platform to order anything. I’ve been sending emails daily of which they don’t respond to, called then even today yet my call gets disconnected. They want us to end up resorting to media for us to get our refunds.
