Bad service delivery _ Online Shopping Deliveries

Good day,

I now had enough of your inability to deliver this online service. Specifically with regards to your courier service.

6 Times now since Saturday they went out to deliver but they went to the wrong address. This even after I contacted you and them and was told they now know where to deliver.

The address I placed on your system are correct but they don't bother reading the entire address which will tell them it is Bronkhorstspruit and not Innerdale/ lenasia or Lanseria as they claim.

I have also offered on numerious occasions to provide the drivers with a GPS pin location. But they don't bother to contact me. I even suggested to you to deliver at Makro Silver Lakes and I will collect there but with no luck.

I think the order needs to be cancelled and you need to refund my money. I am moving house on Friday and can't see how you can commit to deliver before then.
