BAD SERVICE DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered 3 small items on the 6 Dec 2023. First item delivered on 9 Dec 2023 (broken). Second item delivered on the 13 Dec 2023. Third item delivered on the 14 Dec 2023, was not warned of the item delivery, was not here to receive it. Does Makro think I must wait around for so many days for them to deliver in drips and drabs. The first article, that is broken, given a ref. no. to return article but on phoning today, do not recognize the return ref. no that I was given by Makro. Cancelled the whole order. Cannot confirm when I will get a refund. Wonder if the ref.no, for return they gave me now will work?
