Bad service delivery

I bought a washing machine from makro Carnival and they took a while to deliver my washing machine so I was not angry given the fact that it was bought on black Friday. When they delivered the machine I waited for them the whole day then they called to say their truck broke down granted breakdowns do happen but the the following day I waited again since morning till 16:54 when the driver called to deliver my machine I asked to meet the driver as where I stay there are no street names when I met the driver he told me he is going back to the shop and he has no time to deliver my machine I took two days off my work to wait for the machine to be told the driver wants to knock off I'm at an inconvenience given the fact that I'm self employed and my customers pay for the money spent at makro yet their people don't care about service delivery I was close to home the driver didn't even want to go to my place now I don't know when I need to take a day off from work again to loose revenue to wait for them to deliver they haven't even contacted me even now.
