Bad service

Very very bad service if you purchase online. They advertise that delivers take 2 to 5 days,today im sitting on day 6 and still no delivery after I phoned twice 30 minutes a call I was told my order will be delivered today now its after 18:00 still no delivery. I am very upset as it is the essential goods I need the most and I have to wait. We spent a lot of money for very poor service.
