Bad service

I ordered and paid from Makro on 29 November 2024 expected delivery date was 3 December. Nothing yet even after trying to contact customer service a number of times. They keep on saying that the order shows delivered then when I querry that they say "sorry htere seems to be a delay..." extremely frustrating....I will defenitely not buy from them online again.
