Bad service

On Friday 3 September my husband and I went to the Makro in Centurion. When we got to the till, firstly we did not know to which till to go. They told us to go to the next till and when we ask which one one told us the one that is waving. They just stood and looked at us. When we got to the till, the bags that we asked for was left under the food that we bought, and we had to pack the bag and the lady at the till sanitized her hands and whatched how we struggled to pack the bags. She then started to help someone else while our food was still not in bags. They looked at us as if we must hurry because we are in her way. I am not happy, I never felt so embarrassed.
