Bad service

Good day . I am so disappointed with Makro on line. Over 2 months ago they sent me an email advising that my refund has been processed and will receive the funds within 7=10 days. I have called several times and still today I have not received it. The call center agents blames the finance department and not sure what are doing upon receiving the calls.
