Bad service

I bought camping tent online on the 15th on November and it was supposed to be delivered by 22 November 2025 which was never delivered. After the delivery date has passed without the order being delivered I lodged a query and I was told to wait 1-2 working days to process the order, mind due I ordered on the 15th . After that 2 working days passed without any communication or delivery, I lodged a query again and i was told to wait now 2-3 days thats where i was fed up 😡. I called them only to be told that they have escalated to relevant department and they will call me by the end of business day (26 November 2025). Only to be told that the order was cancelled 😡 and i will be refunded .

I went to Makro because it is a big brand hopping it will deliver on time, only to be disappointed ☹️.
