Bad Service

I ordered items from the main store and liquor and I only received the item from main store then the liquor items delivery kept on being rescheduled I think to items not yet packed then I canceled my order until today I haven't received my refund let alone an email acknowledging the cancelation and the way forward. I have emailed them numerous times and no one is responding to my emais. Makro online is supposed to make our lives easy but it's just a nightmare
