Bad service

Worst experience with the Makro online team and how they handle online deliveries. I placed an order and by the time the expected delivery date arrived I had not received any word from them. I called them and I was informed that they didn’t have stock. But why accept an online purchase of something you don’t have in stock? On top of that why not provide feedback? Lost count of the number of times I called the call centre: the long waiting/holding times. The inconsistent responses from different customer consults. Absolute bad customer service!
