Bad service

This is with regards to my hello peter reviews that I have been sending. In order for me to get feedback do I have to write more reviews or what coz I've been waiting for feedback since the 13th of December. This is really disappointing and tiring. Does it take weeks for someone to get feedback or you just delaying things so that I could get tired of complaining and give up on my cellphone issues. Can someone get back to me with feedback ASAP coz I'm fed up and tired of waiting. Zwelakhe Mnguni sent me an email last week Friday asking about the card number that I have used to purchase my cellphone, I responded but ever since he hasn't responded. I'm disgusted by the level of service we receive as your customers
