Bad service

I bought a laptop online on the 28th of October and it has not been delivered till to date. I have escalated 2 days ago to Makro but there is no response till to date. According to the store delivery takes 2 to 3 days but it’s over a week and half now there are just quiet. I don’t think that such kind of service is acceptable from such a big store!
