Bad Service
I have never come accross such a useless company as this. The pure incompetance is scary. Orders are either just cancelled without options or they just delayed for weeks without any reason why. You CAN NOT get to speak to anyone in authroity. Customers are treated like dirt from Makro/Mass Mart. The scary thing is that I though I learnt my leasson been trated this bad and again after a 3rd online purchase nothing has changed. The bad revies on review platforms and socil media is a pure warning to nevr buy online form these stores.

15 May 2026, 12:39Just shows you guys dont een know whats happening as they AGAIN just refunded with NO OPtion to choose something else. I will never buy or step foot in a Mass Mart owned store again Cut up my makro card. Such a useless bunch.
