Bad service

Makro collected my kettle as I purchased it online. It was sent to cornubia branch. Now they phone me and say I must collect my credit at cornubia. So I must drive 1.5 hours to collect a credit. Surely you can send me a credit voucher or put on my card. Absolutely ridiculous. I won’t Hy from Makro again that’s for sure!
