Bad Service

I bought a table advertised with chairs on the 23rd of April online and after reading review I decided to cancel the order because it was only the table without chairs although advertised with chair. Since the 24th I'm always on the phone and whatsapp to get my refund. I'm being sent from pillar to post with no help. I am very unhappy with Makro.
