Bad service

Went to makro crown mines to collect my contract phone on the ( 5/12/2021). the customer service was very bad from a vodacom consultant at makro. she was very unprofessional and the phone I got is not what I ordered. she kept on saying she is on strike and she is not obliged to work(why come to work if you don't want to work)
