Bad service by Makro and Defy

On 17-08-2023 I bought a 6kg defy washing machine at Makro Montague gardens, after few washes the machine started leaking to the point where it was tripping the circuit breaker. When i read the return policy I was entitled to a refund or a replacement. I went back to the store and was told a techincian would come which he did, after that the problem started again and I went back again and was advised a "senior" technician would come. He did but now the problem persist. I went back to the store for the third time and was advised another "senior technician will be dispersed which I am objecting to. I feel like Makro and Defy are playing games so that the six month will pass and the guarantee lapses

Either I get a refund or a replacement or I am taking the legal route
