BAD SERVICE

This is really one of the worst companies to buy from, especially online. I ordered a 6 litre airfryer, they send a 4.5 litre instead, not communicating with me. Now they don't exchange, there mistake and I have to wait forever for a refund. Customer services is bad. I need my money to buy another airfryer at an other place. Definately not by them again. Cannot think that they think it ok if they send me a smaller one, how on earth. Then you have to exchange to the right one the customer ordered and paid. Only now I hear of their policy not to exchange, even if its their own mistake. Customers must be now without the product for waiting so long on refund. Really very poor service. Will never recommend them to buy online.
