Bad service

I ordered grocery at Makro online on the 29th of November 2024 and my order was delivered on the 5th of December 2024 with missing items then on the 6th of December 2024 I went to Makro Johannesburg Crown mine's and they told me they can't give me missing items because it was dispatched by Makro Strubens and when they try to call Strubens they promise that missing items will be delivered on the 6th or 7th of December 2024 but no call yet .
