Bad service, bad attitude n not helpful

Hi, Me and my wife bought a Intex full classic downy airbed ********** each, last week we tried to pump it up but it didn't get filled up as there was a hole on the side of the bed, so my wife took it back to store today for exchange, a lady by the name of Jeanette helped her which she refuse to exchange because its no longer the same price, we had our till slip and their useless Makro card, we then ask for superviser, she came n said the some thing, we were getting impatient and ask for the manager who almost took an hour but then a second superviser came n said the manager said it's OK, we insisted on seeing him and the first 2 ladies who were so rude to us, the till superviser who's name is Jeanette and Floor superviser who didn't have a name batch on and refuse to give her name a middle aged coloured Lady. This Bad service and inexperienced staff is unacceptable and a store manager who is even afraid to come out to face customers to solve a problem that all his staff are failing to solve, what a bunch of losers and useless staff. So much disappointed, I never set my foot again at any Makro.
