Bad service

I bought a heater at Makro online and when it was delivered it had a dent. I then reported the matter and it was taken for repairs later on I was told that they will refund me. The heater was taken on the 01/06/2023 and till today I haven't received refund yet and I have to be the one that is making contact with them no one has ever bothered to contact me or at least send an email to inform me that the matter is taken care of.
