Bad service

i have purchased items online as i was given a 2 day delivery but this did not happen its been a week since i ordered and my items have not been delivered, im supposed to be traveling with these items but it a no show..

I am disapointed with this im even thinking of canceling the order becaue now i have to courie them late to the person im buying them for.
