Bad Service at Makro PE

Makro I want what I bought, not the refund which was unfairly done for me.. The staff at Makro PE were trying to do an exchange on an item on special and erroneously did a refund and kept my stuff. I want that stuff not rhe redund! Its very unfair that I have to be the one that loses out because of the staff.
