Bad service at Makro Gqeberha

Terrible service, i received 2 voucher from them where i had to buy altogher for r2000, when I got at the till, cashier said i can use both together on one transaction, didnt want to take it, said only 1 voucher per invoice, when teller wanted to return the products so i can make two purchases the manager came there and said that they will never give me 2 vouchers to use on one card and i can go and complain at Headoffice it doesnt matter that are there instructions, i had to pay the products with only 1 voucher, i am not happy at all, send Makro an email last week already and no feedback, if u read the conditions it stated i can use both vouchers on my card but seperate invoices, i already bougt for the amount now i must buy again? And will they except it, we all try to save where wr can and they couldnt assist me?

How can you say that you can not assist because it is an instore purchase? Terrible service!!!

That is not an answer, i am here reporting bad service of Makro, if u read my review u will see that the store could not help me!!

They did not advise me to use the vouchers seperate, read my complaint the Manager said they willnever ggive me two vouchers per cardholder, when i asked to reverse the goods to try the second one the manager rep**** with that answer, so how is my complaint now not vallid, the manager was wrong and i had bought enough to use both vouchers in seperate invoices
