Bad service at Makro crown mines

Yesterday I received terrible service from Makro crown mines , the manager of the appliance department has no customer service. I wanted to purchase 3 defy oven and hobs sets on the Black Friday sale . A salesman told me it is out of stock I asked to speak to a manager to see if he could order them for me or see if he has something coming . He told me I to wait for him he will attend to me now and never came back and when I had seen him again he disregarded me and told me he is busy with a customer and he can’t help me right now I should speak to a salesman even though I been waiting for him for over 40 minutes so I left with no stoves
