Bad service at Makro Centurion

I bought the appliances at Makro Centurion last year 23rd November and to date the items are still not delivered. Makro claims that the items were removed from the storeroom by their driver for delivery, but there is no proof.

I went to the store last week, no body can help me and I get no feedback. Each one say "they are busy with the investigations". Yesterday I called them again 3 week ago, and they rudely said they will call me some time next week, because "this week we is busy with sale." The two general managers I spoke to, they are so rude and don't care the inconvenience caused. I really find this very rude and undermining.

I sent an email to their customer support, they never responded. I called the call center, they came back to me once, and we got cut off. they never called again. The store is sending me from pillar to post.
