Bad service at Makro

Bad service at Makro I order online some items at Makro on 02/09/2023 order MAK*** not fully dispatched. I have been calling them all they say the will follow up with the courier and when writing emails they do not answer they do not answer. I would advise people not not Shop online with them they do not deliver. I do not have a relationship with the company that they are using and it is not my duty as the customer to enquire about which courier company that they have an agreement with . Makro is failing.
