Bad service at Makro

There was an online special of 24 x Liqui Fruit Juice for R59. same day i was notified that my order is packed and ready for collection with order number MAK***. I went to Makro Germiston following day first thing in the morning, they gave me runarounds holding my order on hand then they told me that they were out of stock then again they tell me that it was pricing system error and that they can't give me that order. Did i get my refund their busy running around with my refund telling me to wait 8 working days
