BAD SERVICE AT Makro

Bought an LG Washing machine in Feb 2024, in June 2024 the machine is no longer working. Called Makro to log the call. It took them 5 days to send the complaint to LG. LG came out and authorized a credit note. The staff at Makro was very unhelpful with **** attitudes. They no longer stock LG so can't replace with the same machine and unable to get another machine for the same price. Now I must fork out more money.
