Bad service at its best

I we to buy groceries at Makro Wonderboom, there was Parmalat cheese on sale (10x900g R69. 000). I took ten of those, when I got to the cashier they refused for me to pay, saying they made a mistake, even the floor manager (Jackson) said it was their fault but they cannot authorize my purchase. As a result I paid for 10x900g of cheese and only got 1 Not happy at all, wish someone can do something about this
