Bad service and unresolved order

OK so on the 26th I ordered online from Makro- It advises it takes 5 days max for the order to be delivered to date the order has not been delivered? Each time I contact them its an IT issue. They never get back to me and I have to contact them numerous times. They never give a straight answer about my order or when it will be delivered.

Today, I have contacted them again to follow up and was told to hold and then the call was eventually dropped.

I called again and was told it is an IT issue but with no solution? So now I'm sitting without the item I've ordered and no answer as to when this is going to be resolved!
