Bad service and unreliable deliveries

I had a difgicult time reaching all the departments I was being transferred to.After about 20 minutes on the line the switch board eventually took down my details and promised to get someone to retun my call. Needless to say I haven't been contacted and I have no I dea when or if my order will be attended to or delivered at all.
