Bad service and stuck with non functioning washing machines

Makro at ottery , I received bad service at makro ottery, I bought Samsung front loader washing machine on the 30th of November 2025 , I returned the Machine before 14days after purchase,the machine gave me problems it’s not working as we speak, I returned the machine twice they said the technician checked the machine and is fine I must fetch it of which all was a lie, the machine is still not working at all same problem. They told me to call Samsung technician, now I’m stranded I don’t have washing machine and the washing is piling up at home….and when I got back I was told Shaun is on leave
