Bad service and selling broken bicycles

Bought a bicycle at Makro and as I was using it the bolt broke as it break it injured my leg and took it back to Makro Pietermaritzburg, the service was bad had to wait for a long time for one person and at that time didn't want anything to do with the bike and require my money back and I have been told that won't happen even if it hasn't been 21 day period, it only been 10 days and the manager was rude.
