Bad service and no feedback!

I purchase an item on Makro online. The item was received with the box seal broken and parts of the item missing. I immediately requested a return but have not received any feedback on the courier collecting it. I've called in twice and was told the issue had been escalated but have not received feedback. Seems the suppliers on the Makro online site are just selling items incomplete and wasting consumers time. I would not recommend shopping on Makro online.
