Bad service and no communication from Makro Riversands

I made an online order on the 25March and I expected for it to be delivered on 27 but they delivered on 26. But I was not home on the 26 and I spoke to the driver to deliver the next day which he confirmed my order will be taken back and a different driver will deliver it. Makro Riversands has not communicated to me about my order since then. Now this is groceries that I ordered and for it to take more than 5 days not delivered is such an inconvenience to me and I do not appreciate it at all.

I called their call centre and the service was the worst. I did however speak to a guy eventually who confirmed he would arrange for delivery. It’s been 2 days now since I spoke to their agent and there is still no communication from River sands.
