bad service and incorrect details

I am writing to express my disappointment with the delivery of my recent order from Makro Strubensvalley which was placed on the 28of April The parcel was handed over to your courier partner, DPD Laser, with incorrect infomation address and cellphone number. I have not received it to date.

This is the first time I have experienced such poor service in all the years I have been ordering from Makro. Normally, my orders are delivered promptly without issue, but this time has been extremely frustrating. I have contacted DPD Laser’s call centre multiple times, but the agents provide conflicting information and no resolution.

It is unacceptable that my order has been delayed for this long. I kindly request that Makro reconsider using DPD Laser for future deliveries, as their service has proven unreliable.

I expect urgent feedback and assistance in resolving this matter.
