Bad service and faulty stock

Makro SA worst service delivery. Been over a week now since the technician said he was coming to fix the appliance and he still has not pitched. The appliance was faulty from day 1 and when they first came to fix it another thing stopped working. And now the entire appliance doesn't work. Seriously? Just called makro again now to find out what is happening and they cannot tell me. The defy technicians are not answering their phones.
