BAD SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE MAKRO SILVERLAKES ONLINE SHOPPING NIGHTMARE

WORST SERVICE EVER!! MAKRO SILVERLAKES!! ONLINE ORDER COLLECTIONS! Please never order or buy online , my worst nightmare! Firstly they charge you a arm and a leg to deliver 1 packet... the more you spend online the more you pay delivery!! I thought if i spend more i will pay less. Secondly we opted to fetch our order rather because their delivery fees are so much, but that was worse! 3 DAYS to collect my order and items short on my order! After security checked and a Makro dispatch person, still my order was wrong and one item was not there...., should i charge R 140 to go back and collect the item that was not in my order... 2 days later and still no missing item, it is now 5 days.... what a mission!! Just to get my correct order!!! Never again!! BAD BAD SERVICE and too much stress and money sent on fuel and calls !! My time is limited and i cannot sit here and call Makro, they anyway dont answer their phone...after the 3rd call , i was lucky to get a Hello on the other end.... but still i dont have the item i paid for!! I was promised that they will deliver it for me, this was 2 days ago!!! DONT shop online please, you will be driven up the wall!!!
