Bad service and didn't reveice my full order

Good day. I baught 2 fans by makro online and only receive 1 and the box was open so I ask the courier guy why is the box open and he couldn't answer me. I also ask were is the other fan and he told me maybe is going to be the next delivery. I am waiting almost a month for my fan or someone just to get back to me. I keep sending emails and phone. Order no #MAK***. Ref ***
