Bad service and customer neglect!

I was expecting delivery on a certain day as I ordered drinks for the event I had on Sunday. Order was placed on Thursday and latest day for delivery was Saturday. No one from the store contacted me I was only told my order is packed and ready. I contacted them in the morning on Sunday the 1st via WhatsApp and they told me my order is on its way and gave me the driver’s number. When I called the driver it was 2pm already and the event had started and the driver said he’s just been assigned the work and will try to come faster. Went back to WhatsApp and while waiting for someone I got told the team is gone and they can only help me on Monday. I was assured that I’ll receive my things on Saturday but I only got it on Sunday around 9/10p.m. I’m now having to refund people money just because MAKRO is not reliable 😭. I am not happy as this costed me money!
