Bad service and bad bicycles

We bought a bicycle from them and then had to take it back the next day for there was something wrong with the gears. they contacted us to say they have fixed it and that they have also fixed the brakes . We had no problem with the brakes at all but the technician said that the brakes was also fitted wrong but they have fixed it. The same day when we got the bicycle back my sisters grand sun had a terrible accident with it when the brakes just came on by its self on a straight road and he lost control of the bicycle and got bad injuries . We had to take him to hospital . Lucky people on the side walk did see what happened . Now its a week later and we are still waiting for Macro area manager to contact us !!!!! They have our bicycle and our money and we are waiting for them to contact us !!!! So be careful of buying a bicycle from Macro as when we took the bicycle back there was a another gentlemen also with a complaint about a bicycle he bought from them . And to round it off no service from them just bad service as there technician who worked on the bicycle seems to me is not well trained to work on bicycles !!!!
