Bad service and a reap off from Makro

I bought things on makro online shopping, my money was deducted but the transaction did not go through on their portal, I kept calling looking for it to be fixed but they took their time I decided to request for a refund that's when they decided to fix the problem process the oder to be delivered. I refuse to receive the delivery because I requested for refund as I already purchased the same things somewhere because of their delay. I have been calling and sending emails regarding my refund and nothing is being done about, I still have not received my refund and the oder was done on 21 March and I'm not even sure when I will get my money back.
