Bad service all round

Makro is not really my choice of store but then I thought I should give it a try. When I bought Gokden syrup onlines I'm done it with an idea at the back if my Mind that it will come tightly wrapped that it does not have any spilled. Your personnel confirmed on E- Mail that the items were delived but noooo they were'nt as yet and the driver came way after 6PM. It was 19:40. He should have turned back, just train your personnel in the right way. And now what am I supposed to do with this syrup, it is safe for me to use now????
