bad service .. after 3 posts on hellopeter and still waiting

so im still waiting for someone to get back to me about getting my chair fixed. the company you sent did nothing and my chair is still faulty.. FYI the company you sent was the wrong company and now im sitting on a messed up chair i havent even finished paying for. and ths **** service im getting is not helping. once ive paid my rcs/makro account i wont be buying from your store again. this service is f u c k i n g pathetic
