bad service

I am extremely disappointed with Makro’s service. I received the wrong order, and it has now been over two weeks without receiving the correct one. I’ve sent multiple emails and made calls, but there has been no answer or feedback. This level of service is unacceptable, and I expected much better from a company like Makro. Unless this issue is resolved urgently, I will not be shopping here again and cannot recommend them to anyone.
