Bad service

I have a problem with a delivery that isn't received and all if a sudden a refund is In progress what about the delivery fee I paid????? This is unacceptable i have also emailed and not received any response 😕 to regards to delivery of my order I am not very happy about this, please refund my delivery fee aswell as it is your delivery company that is ***********...

The delivery was attempted on a Sunday when delivery was supposed to he done by the 2nd as per the confirmation email, the adress was a work adress, the delivery company did not try and deliver again I am not very impressed with the service, I struggle to get threw to you guys even your customer care number is a mess, when I phone and explain the ordeal I get treated with a death ear and no response, that I have to hang up the phone as no one says anything or try and assist on the other side of the line.
