Bad service a waste of time

Bought a dishwasher online from makro on 29 July for R5999.00 came with a more for less deal so received a free airfryer the airfryer came thw next week since I already had one gave it away as a gift on the 16 august I still did not receive my dishwasher started calling and sending email they had no stock so could not deliver so I asked them to replace the dishwasher with one of similar value yesterday they informed me that they cannot do this but will refund me the R5999.00 so I can repurchase a new dishwasher and they will speed up the delivery.Today I get a notification that my card will be refunded R4185.62 what diswasher can you buy with that amount even thought I was told the amount will be 5999,00 I don't even think I was unreasonable as I asked for a Dishwasher of the same value not only have they wasted my time so long they can't even keep their word very you have lost a customer by these actions
