Bad service

Good day on 7 May 2023 I took my TV to Makro , Montague Gardens for repairs. My TV is under warranty and had just gone black. I was called 2 weeks later to come and collect as I was advised that they had repaired it and it was ready for collection.

On arrival, my TV was broken , had cracks and was far from the condition I had brought it in. When I advised the manager, all she told me is that they are a 3rd party and the damage was not on their part but the supplier and she would take it up with them.

I have been waiting since, I went into the store on 22 June to check on the progress as we do not have a TV, it looks like it was only about to be escalated on the day only because I had gone in.

How fair is that ?
